I knew that it wasn't an official Apple product but decided to take the risk and buy it since it was half the price of an original one. When it arrived in the mail, it worked perfect. The adapter would heat up a lot more than my original charger, but I didn't find that a problem. Then after a month, it would occasionally stop charging. I didn't think much of it, until this past week when it just wouldn't charge at all. The charging light would come up for a few sec, and then go blank. It is really frustrating, and so I gave in and just bought an original Apple one.To sum it all up, it is not an official Apple product. Just because they have the Apple logo doesn't make it official. Seems like it works fine for some people, but if you choose to buy this, just know that there's a risk that it might not work after a period of time (1 month for me).
